 Thursday, October 14, 2004 ground control to Major Jennifer I went to work today, because I was feeling better. I'm still not back to 100%, but I am on the road to recovery. Katherina and I are going to Chattanooga tomorrow. My brother called tonight and invited us out to a spooky house, and I might be going with him. Plus, I'm hoping to see my friend Matt, his girlfriend, and their baby. I'm not a fan of babies, but I do like to pretend to be Auntie Jenn sometimes. I also might see my friend Josh and his Jennifer. And of course, I have to see my leading lady Brianne. Brianne and Josh just moved into a new apartment. I get excited when people move into new places. I really like moving, but I hate the unpacking process. There are still boxes in our closets that have yet to be unpacked from our last move back in March of 2003. That's sad, I know. Geez, stop hounding me, I said I know it's sad. I am also looking forward to seeing my parents, Cocoa, and Leo. Father says that Cocoa is feeling abandoned now that they have the new kitty Leo, so I will shower Cocoa with affection. I just hope it's not raining. It's very difficult to shower a stinky, wet dog with affection. Of course, I will shower Leo with affection too. I bet Mother has spoiled him rotten. hehe. I'm beginning to see the clouds and come out of the funk I delved into right before I got sick. It might be wishful thinking to say that, because normally my funks take much longer to come out of, but a bit of optimism never hurt anyone, right? posted by Jennifer at 10/14/2004 06:40:00 PM
