1/11/2007 08:10:00 AMTextEdit (like NotePad for Mac). :^) I just uploaded the images to Flickr, wrote out the tables in TextEdit, gave 'em a background image and lots of cellpadding, and left some of the cells blank so the backgrounds would show through.
